Ingredients
¾ cup old-fashioned oats
2 cups whole wheat flour (graham flour if available)
⅓ cup ground flaxseed
2 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp honey
⅓ cup chopped walnuts
1 small apple, grated
1¾ cups plain yogurt
1 tsp flaky sea salt (or regular salt)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Line 1 large or 2 small loaf pans with parchment paper.
Pour the mixture into the pan(s) and smooth the top.
Bake for 60–70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool slightly. Slice and enjoy warm, or freeze in portions.
